SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

SNOSORA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. SNOSORA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

SNOSORA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

For shipping-related issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
